Episode Transcript

[00:00:00] This is a five minute heartopening guided meditation. [00:00:07] Making your way into stillness, finding any position that's comfortable for you. [00:00:18] Closing down the eyes, taking a deep breath into the nose. [00:00:29] Exhale out the mouth with a sigh. Ha. [00:00:40] Closing your mouth, beginning to breathe in and out through the nose. [00:00:54] Coming into a state of presence. [00:01:08] Arriving and meeting yourself wherever you are. [00:01:14] Knowing that whatever is on your heart right now is welcome exactly as you are. [00:01:27] There's nothing you need to change. [00:01:31] There's no one you need to be. [00:01:36] You are enough, exactly as you are. [00:01:43] So as you start to soften your face, relaxing your muscles around your face, perhaps beginning to visualize, taking off a mask, coming into your truest self. [00:02:11] You relaxing through your shoulders, relaxing your neck, beginning to send your breath downwards, expanding as you inhale and releasing as you exhale, beginning to send your breath and your awareness towards your heart center. [00:02:49] Visualizing a tiny spark of light at your heart center. [00:02:59] This light is very small, but it glows golden and bright. [00:03:05] And with each breath it grows a little bit bigger and a little bit bigger and a little bit bigger until it forms a small ball of radiant light at your heart center. [00:03:30] And as you continue to breathe, this light echoes upwards and downwards, side to side, filling your body with light, expansion, opening, maybe even feeling your chest lift up. [00:03:59] Now beginning to contemplate something that you're grateful for with an open heart. [00:04:12] What is something that you're grateful for today? [00:04:24] It can be something small or something big. [00:04:30] Whatever it is, once you've found it, say it either aloud or internally. [00:04:37] I am grateful for continuing to repeat what you're grateful for as you breathe into your heart center, opening and expanding through your heart, filling yourself with love and light. [00:05:11] Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out. [00:05:22] Now you carry on with your day with an open heart, with deep gratitude and lots of light. [00:05:32] Slowly blinking your eyes open and carrying on close.
