Episode Transcript

[00:00:00] It. This is a five minute meditation to release stress and anxiety in the body. [00:00:13] So making your way into stillness, you can be seated or lying down, getting out all your fidgets and feeling yourself rooted into the earth. [00:00:33] Begin to close your eyes, sending your gaze upwards and in between your eyebrow center, relaxing the eyes, feeling the eyes melting back into the eye sockets. [00:00:58] All the micro muscles in your face begin to relax, feeling your shoulders begin to roll down and away from the ears. [00:01:20] Chest is open and relaxed. [00:01:29] Belly is soft, relaxing all your internal organs. [00:01:42] Soft. Open belly and just begin to tune into your breath, noticing the rise and fall of your belly with each breath as it comes in and out through the nose, tracing the journey of breath as it comes in the nose, down the throat, filling your ribs and expanding your belly like a balloon. [00:02:31] And as you exhale, tracing that journey of breath out from the belly to the ribs, the throat and the nose, and just noticing what it feels like to breathe. [00:02:56] Maybe the breath feels smooth. [00:02:59] Maybe it's sticky, maybe it's shallow, or maybe it's deep. [00:03:10] Whatever it is, can you simply notice what you notice without the need to fix or change? [00:03:40] Maybe you start to lengthen your breaths with each exhale releasing a little bit deeper and a little bit deeper and a little bit deeper. [00:04:09] Knowing that you are exactly where you're meant to be, letting go of the past, letting go of what's to come in the future. [00:04:32] And really feeling into the aliveness of this moment. [00:04:40] Fully arriving exactly as you are. [00:04:49] Inhaling deeply and exhaling. Fully inhale and exhale. [00:05:12] Inhale and exhale. [00:05:27] When you're ready, you can slowly blink your eyes open and come back. Can.
